Our Story
A neighborhood market carrying ona community mission.
When Kristin was managing the Knapp Harvest store in Eagle and the owners decided to close it, she and her family couldn't bear to let that mission go. In September 2024, Mountain Market and Supply opened its doors to keep bringing local, responsibly grown food to this community.
We stock our shelves with what our neighbors raise, grow, and make. The eggs were gathered this morning at Dayspring Farms. The honey comes from Bjorn Honey. The lotions were mixed by a maker up the road. The majority of what we carry is from Colorado farms, and all of it comes from smaller farms and makers, never big factory operations.
Everything is grown with sustainable practices, organic and often regenerative, and we personally drive to small farms to bring back produce that's higher quality and more local than any delivery truck. We go out of our way to carry goods from local businesses that don't have distribution set up, farms too small to show up on a grocery order.
Come in for a dozen eggs, leave with a jar of salve, a cut of beef, and a story from the rancher who raised it. We get to know our customers, take special orders, and even call regulars when something we know they love comes in. That's how a market ought to work.
