1. Mailing List & Email Terms

When you join our mailing list, you voluntarily provide your name and email address and consent to receive periodic emails from Mountain Market and Supply. These emails may include information about specials, seasonal and limited inventory, new local products, and market events.

You may unsubscribe from email communications at any time by clicking the unsubscribe link in any email, replying STOP, or contacting us directly. We reserve the right to modify the type and frequency of content we send, but we will never sell your email address.

2. SMS Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile phone number and checking the opt-in box, you voluntarily consent to receive occasional SMS text messages from Mountain Market and Supply. These messages may include alerts about limited and special inventory, seasonal arrivals, and time-sensitive offers.

You acknowledge that message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier plan. Message frequency varies and is intentionally limited so you will not receive texts too often.

To opt out at any time, reply STOP to any message. For help, reply HELP. After opting out you may receive a single confirmation message, and no further texts will be sent.

We are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages, and we are not responsible for any charges your carrier may apply. We do not share or sell your mobile number to third parties for marketing.

You may use our website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access, or interfere with its operation. 4. Products & Availability

Because we source from local farms, ranches, and makers, our inventory is seasonal and changes frequently. Product availability, pricing, and descriptions may vary from what appears online. We reserve the right to limit quantities and substitute comparable local items when necessary.

All weights, cuts, and produce selections are approximate and subject to in-store confirmation.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are listed in US dollars and may change without notice. In-store pricing takes precedence. We accept payment methods displayed at checkout or at the register. Special orders may require a deposit.

6. Orders & Special Requests

Special orders for meats, gift baskets, and prepared meals are subject to availability and a confirmed timeline. Once an order is in preparation, cancellations may not be possible. We will communicate any delays or substitutions promptly.

7. Food Safety & Handling

We handle all perishable goods, including eggs, meats, dairy, and prepared foods, in accordance with Colorado food safety guidelines. Customers are responsible for proper storage and handling after purchase. Follow any provided handling instructions.

8. Returns & Refunds

Due to the perishable nature of our products, returns are limited. If an item is defective or not as described, contact us within 48 hours of purchase with your receipt, and we will work to make it right with a replacement or refund at our discretion.

9. Limitation of Liability

Mountain Market and Supply is not liable for damages beyond the cost of the products purchased. We are not responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products, website, or messaging program.

10. Third-Party Links

Our website may link to third-party sites or partner farms. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of those external sites.

11. Changes to These Terms

We may revise these Terms at any time. Continued use of our website and messaging program after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
