Our meats come from small Colorado ranches where animals are raised on pasture, not in factories. We carry the majority of our meat from these local, non-factory ranches because clean food and how it was raised matter to us and to our customers.
Mountain Bird raises our chicken with care. Our beef comes from Colorado free-range ranches. River Bear makes our bacon and hot dogs, and Elevation Meats supplies cured salami. Everything is pasture-raised and non-GMO.
We carry the cuts people come in for, steaks, ground beef, bacon for breakfast, and salami for a charcuterie board. Availability varies, so call ahead if you're after a specific cut or want us to set something aside. Special orders are always welcome.
